Terms and Conditions
Purchaser agrees that the purchase and license to the design and plans ordered shall be for the construction of ONE SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE only. Unauthorized use or further distribution is unlawful. The purchase of an additional set(s) of that home plan at a reduced price from the original set or as part of a multiple set package does not convey to the buyer a license to construct more than one dwelling.
Prices shown include complete lot-specific engineering package. Prices good for most city and zoning requirements across the Wasatch Front. In some cases additional fees may apply, please contact Salt City Home Designs for current pricing and verification.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund.
Liability
While great effort has been made by Salt City Home Designs to insure that all plans are complete and accurate, Salt City Home Designs assumes no liability for any building constructed from purchased plans. All construction documents provided by Salt City Home Designs are provided as-is. It is the responsibility of the owner/builder to check with local building officials for any and all code compliance issues. Each plan was designed to meet code requirement in the area it was designed for. Each city municipality has its own set of code requirements and those issues may or may not be met with your set of plans. It is the responsibility of the owner/builder to perform building reviews before beginning construction.
These include but are not limited to the following:
Verify any and all pre-existing conditions
Verify all dimensions
Review all stair requirements
Verify compliance with local building codes
Verify actual site conditions
Any discrepancies on the plans must be resolved by the builder prior to construction.
Roof truss design and layout is the responsibility of the truss manufacturer.
Construction of any home should not be undertaken without the assistance of a qualified building professional.
