At Salt City Home Designs, we have over a decade and a half of residential design experience. We have designed custom homes in northern and southern Utah, Idaho, and Nevada, and for the 2007 and 2009 Salt Lake Parade of Homes. We are currently working on a home that will be featured in the 2010 Parade of Homes.

We have partnered with such home builders as Placelift Construction, Pepperdign Homes, Wasatch Homes, and Baldwin Homes, to provide our clients with reliable construction partners, as well as providing these fine builders with quality home designs.

Salt City offers a broad range of services, including stock plans, custom home plans, custom home additions, decks, covered patios, detached garages, etc. We work with contractors as well as the individual home owner who wants a one of a kind home.
